The Newport Beach and Balboa Peninsula area offer tremendous fun and entertainment for all. While staying in one of our Newport Vacation Homes, take advantage of the beautiful beaches, shopping, roller blading, bicycling or a nice walk on the beach.
If you enjoy being on the water, you can take a cruise or a day trip to Catalina Island, you also can try your hand at sport fishing or whale watching, and don't forget to experience surfing or boogie boarding while staying in one or our luxury Balboa Peninsula homes or Newport Beach vacation rentals.
During the summer, we offer weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Extra days may be available at certain times of the season.

From September to June, we keep certain properties available for 3-day, weekly or monthly rentals. CALL US ANY WEEKDAY, AND IF WE HAVE UNITS AVAILABLE FOR THAT WEEKEND, WE WILL GIVE YOU A 20% DISCOUNT OFF THE POSTED RATES FOR A 3-NIGHT RENTAL!
We also offer certain properties as 9-month rentals (these properties may be available for shorter term rental as well). We will entertain 12+ month rental offers on a few properties.
